Schezwan Masala

Make mouth water in fried rice with Ezzhi Schezwan fried rice Masala :

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry 1 cup (100g) of chopped vegetable of your choice (carrot, onion, cabbage, French beans) for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add 150 gm of boiled rice or Noodles in the pan and stir fry.
  3. Empty the EZZHI schezwan masala and stir fry for 2 mins and serve hot.
